Using Mạch

Mạch Wellness is a marketplace that connects clients with independent wellness practitioners in Ho Chi Minh City. We provide the platform; the practitioners deliver the sessions.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking request is not guaranteed until the instructor confirms it. Once confirmed, you may choose to pay in cash at the session or online.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before it starts. Within that window, please contact your instructor directly. Practitioners may also decline or cancel requests; where you have paid online, eligible cancellations are refunded.

Payments

Prices are shown before you book. You agree to pay the amount displayed for a confirmed booking, either in cash or online as offered.

Conduct

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the platform, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Staying on the platform (anti-circumvention)

Mạch Wellness invests in verifying practitioners, coordinating bookings, handling payments and refunds, and resolving complaints. Clients introduced through Mạch Wellness, and practitioners discovered through Mạch Wellness, should not be solicited to arrange equivalent services off-platform for the purpose of circumventing Mạch Wellness or its fees.

To protect this trust, contact details (such as phone numbers, emails, and messaging-app handles) are shared only after a booking is confirmed, and coordination should stay within Mạch chat. This clause is a good-faith standard, not the primary safeguard, and is aimed at obvious, systematic circumvention rather than a client and practitioner who independently choose to continue a personal relationship.

Where we detect obvious, systematic circumvention, we apply a proportionate response: a warning, then reduced search ranking, then temporary suspension, and ultimately removal from the platform for repeated or egregious cases.

Liability

Sessions are delivered by independent practitioners. To the extent permitted by law, Mạch is not liable for the conduct of practitioners or clients, and the service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
