Who we are
Mạch Wellness operates a wellness marketplace connecting clients with independent practitioners in Ho Chi Minh City. For the personal data described here, Mạch Wellness acts as the data controller.
Personal data we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a general area (district-level location — never a precise street address). When you book a session we store the booking details and payment status.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate your account, process and manage bookings, communicate about your sessions, and keep the service secure. We rely on your consent, which you give at sign-up, as the legal basis for this processing under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (PDPD).
When we share your data
Your phone number and email are kept private. We share them with an instructor only after that instructor confirms your booking, so they can coordinate the session. Before confirmation, instructors see only your name and general area. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data that we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, and access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
